No. Our programs include home-friendly workouts using minimal equipment or gym options if you prefer. You choose what fits your setup and goals.
Yes, the Tradie program is 1:1 customised coaching, which means it is tailored to your unique medical/health requirements, and current fitness level; however, we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting any new fitness or nutrition plan, especially if you have chronic medical conditions*.
*If you have restrictions with diagnosed medical or physical conditions, we will have to refer you to an Allied Health Professional to get the all clear for you to join the Back-Proof Tradie program.
Absolutely. 1:1 online coaching combines structured plans with live webinars, education, and ongoing coach support and accountability - more tools than you usually only get in-person, all delivered conveniently online.
The Back-Proof Tradie program is specifically designed to fit into YOUR lifestyle. Workouts are tailored to you with 3 sessions per week, each approximately 30 minutes long - enough to make progress without taking over your schedule and fatiguing yourself more. We work together to manage what you have time for.

We’ve all been there. That’s why coaching includes weekly check-ins and a community focused on encouragement and accountability to keep you on track. Remember, you are strengthening your body in a way that suits you, not trying to fit someone else's program to your life and circumstances. There is no completion deadline here - everyone at their own pace.

$100/week (with a required minimum commitment of 16 weeks to see meaningful results) = expert coaching, education, monthly group calls, community support, and proven results for less than $15 a day. That's less than most fast food lunch combos.
Even with travel, illness, or injury, the program continues to support you through mobility exercises, habits and education.

After that, the minimum commitment is 16 weeks (including the initial 4 weeks) to ensure you start building habits and make strength progress. If you don't love it after that, you can cancel at any time.
All Zoom calls are recorded and available to watch at anytime inside the community group.
