I’m a Sparky/Plumber/Chippy/Landscaper... Is this specific to my trade?

It’s specific to your mechanics. While a sparky or plasterer’s shoulders might be seized from overhead work and a chippy or landscaper’s lower back might be out of plumb from heavy carries, the underlying structural principles are the same.

I look at the movement patterns, not just the job title. If your job requires you to lift, twist, bend, or carry a load in awkward positions while battling the elements, your body is under a specific type of site-stress that standard gym programs don't understand.

We don't do "fitness" for the sake of it; we do the specific strength maintenance required to keep your specific trade from blowing out your back.

Do I need a full gym for this?

No. We work with the gear you have. Whether it's a home gym, a local 24/7, or just some bands and dumbbells in your lounge room, we make sure the 'rectification' happens where you are.

My back is already 'shot'. Can this help?

Unless you’ve got a literal snapped beam (your spine), most 'back pain' is just poor mechanical alignment and lack of support. We’re going to level the foundation and build up the 'Site-Armour' (your core) around the joints to take the pressure off.
